  • Experienced engaging Kronos Support to research and resolve cases.
  • Worked on 4500 Kronos Clocks/Intouch clocks and resolving issues related to the clock devices.
  • Experience in Kronos WIM development and Kronos SSRS Reports Development.
  • Good experience in PL SQL or SQL programming to be able to work on Interface and Reports development &troubleshooting
