Lead AssociateApply nowDate: Jun 11, 2020Location: Bangalore, KA, IN, 562110Company: SLK SoftwareThe Marketing Coordinator is responsible for proactively managing the development and delivery of marketing materials that involve a various range of audiences. The position requires a desire to learn how to develop effective and engaging marketing tactics while working efficiently with business partners.

  • Manages the marketing content audit process. This includes pulling a report of expired content and working with team members to renew or retire the material.
  • Produces and sends a monthly marketing progress report to internal partners.
  • Coordination of posting content to the Marketing Hub, Distribion, and Digecenter.
  • Tracks and analyzes team demand and capacity by using data from our various systems.
  • Support PromoCenter email sends and print fulfillment.
  • Supports and leads the voluntary enrollment meeting kit: Benefit Fair in a Box.
  • Directly manage strategic projects end-to-end and ensures timely execution.
  • Proactively lead problem solving efforts to find efficiencies for the team.
  • Communicate with internal partners in a clear, concise and professional manner.
  • Desire to learn best practices of the marketing function and employee benefits business.
  • Strong client service mentality and ability to work well in team environments.
  • Be proactive by anticipating needs and recommending solutions.

Knowledge and Experience
    • Bachelor s Degree with 1-3 years of marketing or advertising experience.
