Job Description

Relevant Experience: 5-7 years Articulate Suite (3, 360, Rise), Captivate, VYOND, Lectora, Elucidat, iSpring, Camtasia, ADAPT, and Custom WBTs (HTML5)Skills Evaluation

  • Written Test: Technical test based on the interactivity which can be designed and customized using RAT
  • Interview: Communication, articulation, tech savviness, solution-focused attitude, team management, conflict resolution
Responsibilities
  • Consult and collaborate with management teams to understand client requirements and then communicate these requirements to lead teams
  • Assist in the selection and management of technology and tools to improve the learning infrastructure
  • Create media to support learning (e.g., visual aids, various multimedia for eLearning and online).
  • Adapt instructional materials created for one format to another format
  • Select or develop teaching aids such as training manuals, case study materials, multimedia visual aids, computer-based
  • Develop eLearning courses with high quality and zero bug count
  • Train team members in different eLearning tools and mentor/coach them to demonstrate effectiveness in the tools
  • Manage team members performance and help them complete tasks and deliverables on time
  • Research on various other E-Learning development products
  • Enforce team members maintenance of schedule and deliverable deadlines
  • Foresee and identify issues in processes or quality and take action along with the project managers
  • Verify the training process to meet the storytelling and communication need
  • Deployment of e-learning modules on LMS and testing for the same
  • Creative ideas to make training more appealing in terms of graphics, concepts, contents & flow
SkillsTechnical Proficiency
  • RATs: Can define custom functionalities using scripting features offered by RATs such as Captivate, Lectora, Articulate, Smart Builder
  • Using Media Production Tools: Can utilize the additional features in tools such as Camtasia, Scribe, and GoAnimate to enhance quality of deliverables
  • Accessibility: Should be well-versed with WCAG 2.0 guidelines and should be able to comply with requirements by defining processes and strategies; can demonstrate knowledge of 508, ADA, WCAG 2.0 compliance; can apply knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, Tin Can, AICC compliance
  • HTML5: Can create HTML/CSS code from scratch with knowledge on CSS3 media queries, animations and transitions
  • Responsive Design: Can build an application which works well for different screen sizes. Should be able to design the application for navigation or flow of the app for multiple devices. Should be able to co-ordinate with Graphics designers to achieve these
  • Debugging: Should be well versed with executing programs line by line in order to find out the functional or logical Issues using the breakpoints
Communication and Coordination
  • Can facilitate conversations between team members for the efficient completion of tasks
  • Can communicate effectively with teams to have tasks completed and goals met
Mentoring and Review
  • Can mentor other team members on the use of RATs
  • Can review and find errors in media created by others
  • Can actively train and mentor team members to ensure the meeting of deadlines and quality standards
Process and Technology
  • Attention to detail and compliance with standards and checklists for all deliverables
  • Openness to learn new processes and technology as required for new clients
  • Ability to work with various cross-functional teams in a seamless manner, while keeping in mind corresponding templates and processes
Education and Certification:
  • Any Graduate (BCA, MCA)
  • Any formal training in development using RAT
  • Any experience and/or certification in tools
