You will help the Terminal Integration organisation deliver pragmatic solutions through dynamic thinking and working with leading edge technologies in a transformative environmentShow More Key responsibilitiesWork closely with Technology leaders to understand technical and business needs on the platform, platform product and business product level. Design the Platform architecture roadmap and subserviently support the implementation of technology tools and solutions to increase delivery velocity through optimisation of CI/CD pipeline and adoption of cloud native implementation patterns Spar with the Architects and SMEs to help refine solution designs Partner with the Engineering Managers and Leadership team to deliver the Platform and Technology strategy to truly enable DevSecOps and target continuous release. Ensuring FinOps is implemented well to deliver keep costs efficient and elastic whilst offering scale to achieve value Partnering with teams across the organization to deliver outcomes for the business stakeholders to define and evolve products from concept to reality. Creating an Architectural roadmap that supports the delivery of features/products for a large enterprise Stay aligned with Engineering activities across multiple products/streams while communicating status and progress back to the Product Owner and related stakeholders Being dynamic to respond, react and challenge others, whilst being clear as to why different technologies have been recommended and be humble and supportive when being challengedShow More We are looking forA total of 10+ years of industry experience with 5+ years of experience in Architecting and/or developing and delivering large end to end products/solutions. Minimum of 2+ years of experience operating at an Enterprise level. Prior expertise in delivering scalable Platform Architecture Deep and broad Enterprise Architecture leadership expertise in Cloud and Data integration technologies space with exposure to the latest industry developments. Proven track record of building high performance environments and enabling word-class development organisations achieve best practice time-to-market Skilled stakeholder management experience A leader who has a good grasp of Engineering Excellence, business understanding as well as delivering pragmatic cost-effective incremental Architecture Ability to envisage horizontally scalable, distributed, resilient solutions Need to have a solid understanding of Agile DevOps ways of working Build strategic working relationships, provide thought leadership and influence others.
