He /She will perform primary and secondary research on FAANG+ companies. The output of the research is intended to help many business functions including sales, marketing, curriculum development and operations. Determine Interview processes by domain, BU and competency level Capture the Organization Structure of the listed companies Collect Compensation ranges across domain, BU and competency level Collect, validate and organize Interview Questions asked in FAANG+ companies mapped according to domain, BU and competency level Tracking Job Openings Tracking executive movements Organizing data to make it usable by different stakeholdersRequirements1-3 years of experience as a research analyst in a top tier research firm Knowledge of Technology industry Good in Primary and secondary Research Data extraction from secondary sources Familiarity with recruitment processes in top-tier companies is preferred. Ability to validate data from different sources Ability to write research reports/presentations Experience in interacting with executives who work or have worked for top tier technology companiesRegards,Hr Team
