Hands on in Microsoft Technologies, .Net Framework and Core, C#, SQL Database, Azure, AWS, Angular, Java, Techno functional, People Management experience, ERP experience(Oracle, SAP, Ellucian Banner, Campus M, Ariba - Core Finance Module preferred Ellucian Banner, SAP, PeopleSoft, ERP, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Purchase Order, Purchase Requistion, Account Receivable, Account Payable, Invoicing, Payment and Invoicing, Fund Account Management, Fixed Asset Management, Vendor Management Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related disciplines 6 years of experience in IT, Hands-on Developer with great analytical and problem solving skills, with a keen appreciation of business needs and strong interest in business process, of which minimum 4 years of experience as an ERP Team Lead/Sr Engineer in modules like HR, FInance. Knowledge of Ellucian Banner/Oracle Peoplesoft/SAP, and SAP Ariba / PowerCampus / Colleague / CampusM is preferred Experience in managing complex projects, involving multiple business units, and with integration with multiple applications Experience working in ERP operations in a hybrid in-source/outsource staffing model for a large enterprise, as this role will need to do both transformation and operations Familiar with transitions to cloud-based solutions in ERP will be helpful Confident managerial and leadership skills, with strong operational skills Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, communication and eye for detail Good to have - 4GL, Agile Practices, Jira,,
