Job Description

- Need a strong TA leader who can be rolled out to a AD/ Director level position in next 1 year or so.- Strong experience of working into product companies.- Headcount planning & optimization.- Recruitment Costing & Budgeting.- Stakeholder management.- Business operations- Should have capabilities by assessing Talent Landscape in emerging/matured markets and thereby seed winning teams through Lateral/ International hiring events, University Programs & Contingent- Workforce Planning.
