Hence, we are looking for people who identify with the same set of values.Unique chance to work at the cutting edge of technology in India, enabling solutions to solve global energy challenges.Responsibilities : - Coordinating projects for the founders, many of which will require an understanding of the companys products, technologies, and strategic partnerships.- Managing the founders workflow and priorities, anticipates the next steps and issues.- Proactively identifies ways to improve efficiency and efficacy in the leadership team operations and office systems.- Conserves founders time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.- Assists founders with projects as needed.- This role is highly dynamic and flexible and other tasks may be assigned as required.Essential SkillsTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:- Vision and Attention to Detail - Is extremely organized and is also able to see the larger systems and strategic priorities to provide support on both a macro and micro level.- Communication- Has extensive writing experience. This position will be exposed to an extremely wide range of responsibilities, including conducting research, preparing presentations, participating in external and internal meetings, subsequently preparing notes and action items, following up with responsible parties on action items, and office and personal administrative support. For the right individual, this role will provide an opportunity to learn what it takes to lead and manage a company. This is accomplished by performing a variety of general office activities and working on special projects. This position requires a degree in life sciences.Requirements and profile :Education and/or Experience: Bachelors degree required, preferably a Bachelor of Science degree. 2-3 years of experience working as a project coordinator or assistant highly preferred or work experience at a fund.Language Skills: Must possess the ability to absorb, analyze, and clearly articulate technical information, government regulations, and business strategies. Must possess the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Must possess the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of All Microsoft Office Programs, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Publisher, and PowerPoint. Fluency in Project Management software preferred.Would be a plus:1. Proven record in startup environment working with innovations2.
