Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Daily support of Oracle EPM products, predominantly Oracle Hyperion Planning and Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (PBCS).
  • Continuously strive to understand customer issues and deliver beyond expectations.
  • Work in a dynamic environment with multiple customers. Manage priorities, deadlines, stakeholders and deliverables in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new frameworks/technologies and expand knowledge through hands on product experience.
  • Good knowledge on writing/updating business rules, web forms, navigation flow and security.
  • Good troubleshooting skills on the application. And ability to work independently and fix them.
  • Knowledge of backup and restore activities of application.
  • Ensure compliance with the documented software processes and procedures throughout the life cycle
  • Should adhere to agreed SLA with each customers.
  • Create software documentation and update existing documentation Implement best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies
  • Recommend best practices, new functionality and features to the customer.
  • Train customer end users and Administrators
  • Mentor other team members
Desired Candidate ProfileMust have Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelors degree in business, finance computer science or related field preferred
  • Six or more years of experience in application support and enhancements.
  • Five years of relevant experience in Oracle Planning
  • One or more certifications in Oracle EPM products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have skills:
  • Knowledge of other Oracle EPM processes (FCCS, ARCS, PCM, EDM)
  • Working experience with financial modelling and / or budgeting and forecasting processes
