Job Description

Maintaining records of any work and inspections done on-premises.Performing inventory on repair supplies.Keeping repair tools and supplies clean and organized.Setting up repair appointments with mechanics or electricians when needed.Making and installing new furniture or equipment.Maintain building exteriors, office interiors, vehicle fleets, landscaping, and schoolsTroubleshoot performance issues using blue prints and schematics, instruction manuals and guides may not always be availableMake small repairs as needed, sometimes improvising solutionsRespond to maintenance emergencies on and on-call basisCheck control panels and electrical wiring to identify issuesInstall appliances and equipmentDo garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbsMaintain, service, clean and properly store equipment
