Job Description

Responsibilities Overall responsible for quality assurance activities such as inward, in-process and final Inspection. Establish and implement QMS procedures as per Industrial units Qc in the organization as a management representative and ensure compliance as per ISO 9001 standard. Develops health and safety procedures for all areas of the company and monitor the compliance. Establish and implement EHS procedures as per Industrial units Eb in the organization as a management representative and ensure compliance as per ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, & ISO 45001. Coordinating with customers and third-party auditors for QMS audit and implementation of CAPA for system non-conformance. Conduct MRM and IQA as per QMS /EHS requirements and ensure closure of reported observations. Improve vendor and in-house processes to minimize customer complaints and inward rejections by effective implementation of corrective and preventive action. Ensure Prevention of Accidents to provide safe working place to all employees by capturing unsafe conditions and effective implementation of corrective and preventive action for near miss, first aid cases etc. Ensure that all legal requirements concerning Environment, Health and Safety are followed. Develop, train and supervise employees on Quality tools, QMS and EHS. Manage the teams by setting goals, performance review, mentoring & coaching. Responsible for continuous improvements in quality / productivity Ensure product compliances as per REACH, RoHS and relevant standards.
