Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables1. Responsible for preparation of proto build PFC, Control plan & build DVP 2. Responsible for daily work management of proto vehicle build activities 3. Responsible for vehicle build process adeherance 4. Responsible for build concern tracking & resolution 5.Coordinating with design team , vehicle integration , and internal shops to execute the planned action in projects 6. Responsible for build key deleverables as per MPDS guide lines 7.Participation in Deign Review, Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (DFMEA) and provides input to design team by representing build team 8.Complete Proto vehicle signoff from all design agencies and vehicle handing over to testing agency for design validation 9. Vehicle build quality evaluation 10. Vehicle repair & reworkExperience5 to 7 YearsIndustry PreferredAutomotive manufacturing and R & DQualificationsBE/B.TechFunctional competency1.Automotive build process knowledge 2.Build PFC (Process flow chart ) preparation knowledge 3.Knowledge in preparation of control plans, Build DVPs, Build reports, PCRs, buyoff reports. 4.BOM understanding 5.Vehicle sytem & function knowledge 6.FMEA knowledge (DFMEA & PFMEA) 7.Knowledge of PPAP,Gateway deleverables 8.Knowledge of quality systems,QC Story, 8 D problem solving approach 10.Knowledge of layout study & Pilot line FTG plan 11.Knowledge of vehicle aggregates 12.Vehicle repair knowledge,Defect diagnosis & rectification 13.Knowledge of Build plan preparation, execution & monitoring 14.
