Manager - Finance Transformation with Big4 (Gurgaon & Bangalore) Job RoleThe Manager will be involved in providing objective advise, expertise, guidance and specialist skills with the aim of achieving the project targets. The Manager will mainly work with the team to -- Lead client engagements and oversee work-streams- Identify gaps and areas of improvement- Design the target operating model (TOM) for future state processes- Manage activities such as engagement economics and receivables, project resources and team utilization- Lead the delivery / execution of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectations- Participate in business development initiatives- Contribute to brand development by writing articles, developing thought leadership and point-of-views- Contribute to knowledge development and management- Demonstrate significant industry / solution expertise - Resolving people issues - Build a high performance team, mentoring and coaching team members- Support people development through guidance and feedback- Ensure compliance to the firms standards, processes and policies- Contribute to the firms initiatives in enhancing market leadership & growth, quality, people agenda and operational excellence- Manage senior external/internal stakeholders independently- Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training professionals- Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of staff- Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures Professional Background - 8 - 10 years of relevant post MBA experience - Consulting background (preferably) or Industry background (Business excellence / functional role/ Solution / Sales)- Process optimization experience in process areas like Lead to Order (L2O), Order to Cash (O2C), Record to report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Hire to Retire (H2R) etc.- Experience in working on Process transformation, Business diagnostics, business case analysis and planning, performance management and budgeting, performance improvement of internal operations, Service sourcing, RfP process, Outsourcing/offshoring strategy and setup, Shared service or IT transformation or Design of SLAs, process KPIs and reporting requirements- In-depth domain knowledge of Technology sector. Should have worked in any one or more of following sub-sectors of technology sector-Global capability centres or SSCs, IT Services, Engineering services, BPO, Semiconductor, Devices, Hardware, Software, Internet and e-commerce - Knowledge of current technology landscape, trends and solutions - Relevant consulting experience with Big 4 is preferred- Industry experience of managing functions under controllership, FP&A, Revenue mgmt., transactional finance, etc. especially within the professional services domain- Exposure to data management and analytics Preferred Skills - Expertise in two or more of the areas listed - Process transformation, Business diagnostics, business case analysis and planning, performance management and budgeting, performance improvement of internal operations, Service sourcing, RfP process, Outsourcing/offshoring strategy and setup, Shared service or IT transformation or Design of SLAs, process KPIs and reporting requirements- Hands-on experience on any ERP suite like Oracle, SAP across modules SD, FICO, PS, MM- Exposure to implementation of RPA/OCR/BI/Consolidation tools- Experience with process mapping tools like Microsoft Visio, IBM Blueworks, Celonis etc.- Hands on experience with different data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI Core skills - Sharp focus on quality delivery- In-depth understanding of the economic and business environment- Professional network and networking skills- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Good leadership qualities- Client relationship management and account management skills- Program management, multi-tasking and time management skills- Excellent people management skills- Ability to develop / customize solutions relevant to client- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point- Strong team management skills Other - Willingness to travel- Willingness to learn and imbibe new skills- Flexible to adopt to a demanding lifestyle- Able to thrive in relatively unstructured situations- High initiative and drive, positive attitude and high commitment- Maturity and ability to handle pressure Academic Background - B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA (preferably from a premier institute such as IIMs, NITIE, SP Jain, XLRI, ISB, FMS etc.) with a good academic background Base Location and Travel - Bangalore/ Delhi- The consultant would be required to travel to client locationInterested Candidates can apply or contact Shahbaz at hidden_mobile ,
