Job Description

Position description/responsibilities

  • Create project plan and budgets as well as track and report project status, budget usage and progress on plan to the GDS Cares leader.
  • Work with GDS Cares Leader and relevant stakeholders to prepare for GDS Cares Steering Group meetings and core project team meetings
  • Work with GDS Cares Leader & core team to establish process, framework for recurring CR initiatives to enable and empower the CR teams & employees across GDS.
  • Provide PMO support to GDS Cares Leader for establishing long term CR strategy, Ripples plan
  • Support with administrative activities related to annual planning and budgeting of GDS Cares and EY Ripples.
  • Coordinate with GDS Locations on budget tracking once a quarter and establish pan GDS view of budget vs actual report.
  • Manage updates of GDS Cares initiatives on relevant GDS Cares platforms e.g. GDS Cares Pulse site
  • Coordinate with GDS Cares center teams and the broader CR network to gather inputs and updates on CR activities
  • Work with Finance team to track community investment on GDS Cares activities to report back to the Global Ripples team each fiscal year.
  • Manage GDS Cares network list of contacts to ensure up-to-date.
  • Keep GDS Cares guidance documents updated
  • Work closely with GDS Cares BMC SPOC to keep track of GDS Cares communications
