Job Description

*

  • Supervise assigned sales team and assist in achieving overall top line both volume and value.
  • Ensure effective coverage of the area / client and map it to footfalls.
  • To facilitate team to attain self-sufficiency in product detailing and hospital process for effective promotion of the hospital.
  • Maintain good rapport with the internal medical fraternity
  • Ensure track of the competition and suggest strategies to effectively counter competition.
  • To develop marketing strategies and ensure its effective implementation.
  • Prepare MIS as necessitated by the management and assist superiors in developing growth plans.
  • Overall process ownership of all Medical Departments assigned. (Development of collaterals, article published in media, highlights of department).
  • To maintain absolute integrity with the organization and its members.
  • Use and maintain all office equipments appropriately, especially those issued exclusively to him.
  • Maintain pleasant disposition at all times and be willing to attend to need of clients of the hospital beyond duty hours.
  • Organise office for effective response.
  • To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives.
  • To be aware of departments performance and objective.
  • To carryout data collection/support in data collection
  • To adhere to the safety norms of hospital, follow both patient, and staff safety rules.
  • To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superior.
