Job title: Manager Projects Work Location: Corporate Office HMT Layout, Bengaluru. Division/Department Projects Job Type Full- time Experience 5- 7 years Annual CTC 3.7 to 4 LPA Qualification: BE/Diploma Electrical / Mechanical Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Project handling and total execution of projects.2. Guiding, mentoring, Managing Site Supervisors. 3. Site coordination regarding site clearance, payment certification, job completion report and joint measurement. 4. Payment follows up and collecting payments of projects. 5. Raising installation indents as per site conditions. 6. Attending site meetings and bill submission. 7. Bill raising after completion of project work, after completing all process defined by the customer and also all internal checks. 8. Handling Contractors and their final payments. 9. Should be able to handle multiple sites. 10. Appointing managing vendors for specific work as per site requirements. 11. Getting statutory project approvals from Chief Electrical Inspector (CEIG) and Pollution Board (KSPCB) either directly or through appointed contractors. 12. Knowledge of implementation of ISO 9001:2015. 13. Responsible for taking all necessary safety precautions at the site. Required Skills 1. Computer literacy, thorough knowledge of Mail, Excel, PowerPoint. 2. Good people skills to manage both ends of work. i.e. customers and vendors. 3. Must be a team player and be capable of working harmoniously with other department heads in the organization. 4. Must have good communication skills. ,
