The role requires working collaboratively across the Technology, Product and Commercial organizations to ensure alignment towards business goals. In this role, you will build strong relationships with cross-functional team members and business stakeholders. We are looking for an ambitious, talented, and self-motivated individual, who will serve as a functional leader and help us evolving our next generation platform.Key Responsibilities IncludeLead large, complex projects, breaking them down into iterative milestones and delivering predictably and on time.Work with product managers, customers and stakeholders to development functional requirements for new products and enhancements for existing products.Manage detailed roadmaps aligned with your teams and organizations strategy and vision.Manage prioritization and trade-offs as new opportunities are identified throughout the year, including balancing trade-offs between customer experience, performance, and operational excellence.Proactively identify and resolve issues both technical and operational.Own the overall software development lifecycle for your teams platforms, services, and projects.Partner with Senior and Principal Engineers to develop effective, scalable, robust, and high-performance technical architectures and designs.Enforce best practices for software development, testing, and continuous deployment to deliver high-quality products on tight schedules.Maintain rigorous operational excellence hygiene with your team and across the engineering organization.Be equally comfortable taking personal ownership of tasks and delegating to others as necessary.Embrace working in fast pace environment, self-directed, and manage concurrent priorities.Essential Experience/Skills:
