Job Description

Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) - Engineering & Construction- You will be leading the Engineering & Construction Recruitment team and will be involved in day to day activities. He or she will be doing the complete team management as well as the individual sourcing. - Comprehensive and exhaustive understanding of the leadership roles and then manage and execute a portfolio of mandates.- Extensive high- level interaction with stakeholders on understanding the accurate deliverables of the roles.- Contribute to the overall organizational strategy and business building goals. - Communicate with stakeholders/Business Leaders /CXOs to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals Research into competitors and marketplace & Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels. - Create a candidate persona for each open position through Map Role Criteria, Job Description & marketing mapping.- Develop your own network within the industry with potential and existing candidates and gather market intelligence. - Contribute to the overall firm strategy and business-building goals. - Extensive high-level interaction with candidates. - Must be very good in headhunting/candidate mapping and sourcing through unconventional sourcing methods like Professional / Social Media hiring etc. Qualification And Experience:i. MBA in HR with Minimum 7+ years plus of leadership recruiting experience with sound experience of working in Engineering & Construction industry only.ii. Strong stakeholder management skillsiii. A high level of comfort in talent scouting and networking. iv. The ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneouslyv.
