Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIESSkills & Attributes:8+ Years of experience with having Techno Functional Skills on Peoplesoft & SuccessFactorsMust Require skills on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, PeopleSoft Portal 9.1, PeopleTools 8.55, Oracle 11G, Integration Broker.Must Require Skills on SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management, Succession Planning, Learning Management and Employee Central. Expertise in any of the 2 modules is must.Working experience with Role based PermissionHave good exposure to Report & Integration Centre.Have exposure to third party integration with SuccessFactors using CPI (Preferred)Good understanding and hands on experience of different SuccessFactors releases.Have good understanding of SF configuration, import/export jobs, data models, MDF objects & Provisioning systemsCertification on SuccessFactors is MandatoryMust have:1. Worked extensively in an application support environment for around 7-8 years, preferably hands-on with exposure in handling L1, L2 and L3 support, Application Deployment and Developing Enhancements2. Strong knowledge and work experience on XML, Oracle, SQL, IS, Linux/Unix/Windows Operating systems administration and MQ technologies3. Possess good technical knowledge in implementing, troubleshooting, performance tuning of SQL Queries, SAP Success Factors Processes, Peoplesoft4. Manages and appropriately escalates: delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated to the product development initiativesKey Responsibilities:The person should good system skills, problem solving, analytical , handling multiple geographies, workflow management, second layer /linkage b/w manager and the team members , driving error reduction improvements, contributing innovative ideas for better productivity, risk reduction process controls, training etcHigh engagement and team motivation skills, ability to multi task team members, reviewing policy guidelines, interacting with stakeholders on deviations / obtaining dispensation, clarifying regulatory aspects , providing Securities advisory servicesDevelop and update all documentation pertaining to trainings, Knowledge Transfer, Risk & Audit1. Reduction of Business impact caused by change due to Process failure or noncompliance. 2. Reduction of High Sev incidents and Critical Situations caused by change. 3. Ability to perform monitoring of various system components and assist in enhancing them. 4. Understanding the Code and coding standards provide and following the best practices in fixing a problem or issue 5. Ability to perform program PSS changes, test, obtain sign-offs, and deploy into production by following proper process and documentation 6.
