Understanding requirements and perform the following: Test case design , Test execution , Logging defect in the tool RTC/ QC , Test reporting Hands on working knowledge of Siebel/ Comptel/ MQ/ MB EAI/ Middleware/ CC/ Loyalty/ BRM/ Web portal etc Hands on working knowledge of Oracle DB To review and contribute to test plans as well as analyzing , reviewing and assessing requirements and design specification Prepare test cases based on the requirments and design documents To understand and involve in test environments or assist system requirements if required Execute and log the tests, evaluate the results and document problems found Monitor the testing and the test environment, often using tools for this task, and often gather performance metrics Throughout the testing life cycle, they review each other s work, including test specifications, defect reports and test results Execute the test cases and report defects Prepare and circulate test reports Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must Ability to report daily status and issues to the stakeholders Ability to set expectation with the client and other stakeholders of the scope of work Ability to communicate blockages , issues and mitigation to issues reported Knowledge and hands on test automation is a plus Total and Relevant experience : 3 7years years,
