Role:- Past experience in handling the operations of multiple plants is a MUST for the successful execution of this role- Responsible for the overall management of complete Manufacturing operations of multiple plant in different regions- Strategizing, Planning, organizing, directing the operations to deliver the business expectations.- Exploring opportunities for expansion of the current plants for added optimization of other businesses- Responsible for all business metrics - Cost, Quality & Delivery.- Responsible for plant efficiencies and negotiations, Process improvements.- This position is to possess a focused broad portfolio of experience and the strong skills required to lead across organization- This senior management position is required to provide strategic leadership to the location across various functions and uphold a commitment to the organization and overall business.- The candidate to possess strong commercial acumen.- The candidate shall develop strategies & plans in alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.- The candidate shall lead, motivate subordinates and develop a high performing managerial team.- Oversee all operations in order to produce the desired results consistent with the overall strategy and mission.- The candidate shall possess the capability to analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions.- Must understand organization goals and accordingly continuously adjust self approach besides skill and behavior of teams- Must possess high adaptation towards new learning and must have high degree of new learning aptitude- Must participate as an active and value added member on various cross-functional teams and site management teams.- Must be flexible to accept challenging assignments that may be periodically assigned by the managementEducation :- BE/ BTECH with 15+ years of work experience in Manufacturing & factory operations.- MBA- The incumbent will be responsible for multiple plants in different regions and will have a fairly large team reporting in.
