The Internal Communications function is responsible for all internal communications, marketing programs and campaigns across Accenture in India. This team s focus is on helping employees understand the company strategy and their role in driving company success. In partnership with business and functions, our communication programs will inspire employees to do their best work, helping clients and Accenture itself imagine and reinvent the future. Role Description This is an Associate Manager level practitioner/program manager role within the India GU marketing & communications team, where the individual will have responsibility for internal communication programs and campaigns for Accenture in India targeting employees of the Technology business in India. We are looking for a creative, internal communications professional who can effectively influence and collaborate across Accenture. The role will be responsible for leading planning, development, implementation, monitoring and metrics reporting of internal communications. Key responsibilities 1. Engage and act as key communications advisor to leadership for the Technology business in India working closely with internal communications team members, the larger India Integrated marketing & communications team as well as global internal communications and other global programs. 2. Conceptualize and manage executive and internal communications strategy, programs, channels and campaigns across business focus areas to help inform, engage and foster dialogue among employees. 3. Bring strong content skills to draft talking points, messaging, video scripts, posts and other communications for different formats and mediums including long-form, short-form; internal social media, web, video. 4. Apply creative ideas to make the complex simple with story-based communication skills to create powerful communications across mediums. 5. Oversee measurement of communication efforts and apply learnings to optimize the communication strategy. 6. Provide emergency communications advice and support, as needed. This role requires a professional with: Superior skills in internal and executive communications, marketing program development and campaign management. Experience in internal and executive communications a must. Strong oral and written content, messaging, communication and presentation development skills. The ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels to multiple audiences. Proficiency and experience in new ways storytelling and engagement such as video s and social digital engagement. Experience working with video s concepts, messaging and development would be good. Strong teaming skills with a proactive and collaborative attitude to collaborate across multiple teams and external vendors to drive projects forward. Navigating ambiguity with grace and being simultaneously strategic and excellent at execution are critical to success in this role. Ability to adapt, be flexible, multi-task and drive outcomes in a virtual, problem-solving environment. Strong program management skills and ability to lead budget management, internal reporting as well as organize monthly, quarterly and annual program plans. Educational Qualifications Work Experience: 11-14 years of experience in internal & executive communications, integrated marketing and communications, marketing campaign planning and execution and/or corporate communications in any Tier 1 IT and ITEs company Bachelor s degree, in any discipline,
