• Organizing & conducting the Train the Trainer (TTT) on the pedagogy to the ITI Instructors
• Ensuring adoption and implementation of the new pedagogy by the instructors and provide support to the instructors on a continuous basis
• Organizing & conducting the TTT on Industrial Safety to the ITI Instructors
• Organizing & conducting all further trainings developed within the scope of the project
• Ensuring Instructors and the trainees demonstrate the safety behaviour
• Organizing & Conducting the training to the ITI-Management on interaction with industry
• Should be aligned with the region/cluster ITIs and have strong relationship with all the stake holders
• Keeping control of your calendar in a proactive way, Creating Pre Journey plan (PJP) in consent with the Stake holders
• Developing, tracking, maintaining and submiting training reports and documents

Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes)

• Excellent communication skills
• An expert in understanding and delivery of training pedagogy for vocational skills & training the trainers, with good understanding of the adult learner s environment
• Fundamental understanding or exposure of ITI training and MSME working environment and practices
• Strong interest towards developing people and processes
