    Job Description for Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager- Drive the 360 digital agenda for MTR company & brand- Develop a robust e-commerce marketing strategy- own portal/ market places and drive execution in partnership with the channel sales team.- Define and develop plans for MTRs successful play in digital marketing (along with Category leads) and e-commerce on the market places front (along with the sales team).- Drive sales and profit growth for own portal (e-commerce) - Lead CRM and ORM initiatives. - Lead the relationship with Digital AOR.- Drive sales Growth on e-commerce- Drive promotion effectiveness.- Drive impact of Brand through Digital activations.Education & Experience :- Masters in Business Administration from top 25 B schools.- 5+ years- of work experience in digital and e-commerce space. - Understanding of FMCG functioning desirable.- Consumer Goods marketing experience. - Digital & e-Commerce marketing experience. - Good understanding of changing digital landscape in India. M - Experience in packaged foods industry. - Experience in working with agency partners. Competence & Skills: - Knowledge of Digital Marketing & E-Commerce. - Analytical Skills.- Prior project management experience.- Understanding of FMCG sales system in India.,
