Team management Job Level Specific Duties Acts as the key customer contact and project leader for customer solutions in a complex environment in one technical area involving multiple products and/ or systems. Minimum Education and Certifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Graduate degree preferred. Skills Advanced knowledge of infrastructure solutions (in specific areas related to data center optimization, cloud hosting, disaster recovery and backup, IT security, and/ or IT operations), , project management and system architecture. Advanced analytical / problem solving skills.
