  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : -Primary responsibility must be to evaluate the technical feasibility of network infrastructure and make recommendation to management with respect to technical issues and work with vendors to create optimum cost effective solutions
      • Technical Experience : -Experience: 6 years experience in Networking -Knowledge On Voice/Wintel/VM Ware/Cloud Computing is a Plus -Knowledge and Skill: -Knowledge of IP protocols -Knowledge of networking routing protocols -Consultative and communication skills Analytical ability -Project management skills Advanced knowledge in Routing and Switching Protocols -Intermediate level Training in Network Tools Network Security VPN Network Management
      • Professional Attributes : Able to work independently and proactive learner
    • Educational Qualification : Related Bachelors degree or equivalent experience CCNA/CCNP and ITIL would be an advantage
