Job Description

The Global Cost Control and Accounts Payable Product Organization is looking for a Product SME L&S to be based in Pune / Chennai. Our team is responsible for the Global Operational Cost and we work cross functionally to drive end to end process changes and technological developments to achieve improved business outcomes.The Product SME is a subject matter expert on LnS cost management and assists the LnS Product Owner and Product Managers with process designs, IT developments, RCA s, solution testing and onboarding of solutions, working closely with all CCAP teams (Cost control and Accounts Payable) to support automated and streamlined processes. As an organization we strongly believe in a people-centric approach with emphasis on employee engagement and work-life balanceShow More Key responsibilities1 Supports Product owner and Product managers with Automation and Simplification for our business within an Agile Scrum team structureBuild user stories and align on global criteria for IT developments for cost management as per business priorities.2 Support Product Owner and Product managers with IT business requirements and related changes relating to: o Cost avoidance and Cost saving opportunities o Simplification and automation of the Cost Management processeso Supporting execution teams (LOC/Cluster and GSC) with process related IT enhancements.3 Support Product managers in daily scrum calls, grooming sessions prep work and Jira updates on RCA s performed.Host regular feedback sessions with end users on developed products to ensure constant improvement on already developed products.4 Perform User testing for all new IT developments to ensure product is ready for rollout and adoption Create SOP documentation on LnS developments and align with Business Process Owner to ensure global processes are aligned.5 Create training material and run training sessions with LnD team to ensure smooth transition to all regional teams for onboarding of end users on all IT developmentsShow More We are looking for1) 3-5 years of work experience in Operations / Delivery / Accounting & Finance, preferably as BPO (or in a similar role).Good understanding of the E2E Intermodal & Logistics processes.2 ) LnS cost/finance experience beneficial, in either functional or management capacity.Experience with SAP system, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.Familiarity with Scrum/Agile is a plus3) Core Competencies Result driven and with strong logical and analytical capacity Process design & solution mindset Team spirit and excellent communication skills Ability to engage, guide, influence and challenge multiple stakeholders across regions and levels of the organization and influence without authority.
