  1. Market Mapping
  1. To understand the business and analyze the market by collecting the basic information.
  2. To map the market to understand the territory population, number of retailers, brand presence, product awareness and competitor s presence.
  1. Primary and Secondary Sales.
  1. To look after the primary and secondary sales and increase the penetration in the market.
  2. To insure the achievement of sales targets.
  3. To insure extensive coverage by travelling in the allotted area.
  4. To personally visit the retailers and distributors & handle the distribution effectively.
  1. Distribution System
  1. To identify the high potential distributors by analyzing the financial stability, market reputation, market coverage and infrastructure.
  2. To Co-ordinate distribution arrangement and facilitate more number of rotations through distributors.
  3. To ensure prompt execution of orders booked from each distributor.
  4. To help distributors to liquidate stock up articles/ size.
  5. To convey distributor s order to sales manager.
  1. Merchandising
  1. To ensure display of new samples and convey the prices to new distributers & retailers.
  2. To ensure visibility of product placed at retailer counters.
  1. Market Intelligence
  1. To understand competitor s sales strategy.
  2. To inform competitors activities to management immediately.
  3. To collect the market feedback about the competitor s products and convey the same to sales managers.
  1. Business Development
  1. To understand the untapped market and analyze the market segment.
  2. To increase the retail base in order to cover the gap in the market.
  1. Reporting
  1. To prepare Daily Sales Report and submit the market information on daily basis.
  1. CustomersGrievance.
  1. To collect the customer Grievance and discuss with the concerned Head
