Sales Operations SpecialistOur Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. You will play a meaningful role in meeting customers needs, as well as crafting and maintaining a global portal for customer accounts. You will build positive relationships, ensuring an outstanding experience for both our customers and our sales teams.You will:

  • Manage order fulfillment
  • Research customer order problems and work cross-functionally to resolve them and deliver the right solutions
  • Facilitate product and sales information flow and create a positive internal customer experience
  • Engage in sales operations process improvements
  • Validate and process clean orders; reject orders with insufficient

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Microsoft Excel

  • Capacity to be self-motivated and work on your own as well as in a team
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience working with data and presentation skills are a plus
