Ola integrates city transportation for customers and driver partners onto a mobile technology platform ensuring convenient, transparent, and quick service fulfillment. Ola is committed to its mission of building mobility for a billion people. Using the Ola mobile app, users across 110 cities can book from over 6,00,000 vehicles across cabs, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. Ola has also introduced a range of shared mobility services on its platforms like Ola Shuttle and Ola Share for commute and ride-sharing respectively. The app is available on Windows, Android, and iOS platforms. Roles and Responsibilities/ KRAs- Driving thought leadership for network Revenue and Pricing Strategies across all businesses through CLM & Growth, Network, and Pricing, Category Management - GMV, Consumer Growth, and Retention- Competition Tracking and Creating hypothesis supporting business strategies- Forecasting pricing and revenue based on demand and market trends across all categories- Support Marketing and Category Teams with TG information and analytics to maximize penetration and responseExperience Required :- 12+ plus years of data science and analytics expertise with proven leadership skills in managing and guiding teams of business analysts to develop and deploy novel data-driven solutions to generate insights to support the pricing, revenue management, and commercial teams within the Group- High understanding of Category management including revenue will be key for this role- Candidates with prior consulting / strategy/cross-functional program management experience of at least 5 years or in a similar role in the consumer internet industryKey Leadership skills Required :- Structured and Analytical Thinking- Financial and Commercial acumen- Critical Decision Making- Business Strategy and Consumer understanding- Delivering under pressure,
