Job Description

Dear Candidate,Job opening asSolution Engineer in Chennai and Banglore location.To provide the Technical Support on VDI solution

  • VDI solution designing and implementation
  • Tech training on VDI solution for Channel partner and customer
  • End to end technical support to local channel partner /customer/local sales person
  • POC and installation of VDI solution at customer place
  • Handling the L1 and L2 support call
  • To identify the technical issue in server software and resolve it by taking Server on remote / Onsite support
  • Making Awareness/Execution and closure of AMP plan
Required Skills:
  • BE IT/computer/MCA/BCA/MCS/BCS or Computer subject specialization from an Institute of repute with minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a progressive software / hardware/System integrated organization.
  • Excellent Communication, Creativity, Persuasion & strong Conceptual Skills.
  • Preferred with Microsoft Certification
  • Rich knowledge in the Server, Storage, Virtualization ,Networking ,VDI
