MBAs from premier universities preferred.Work experience as a BPS or IT Transition/Transformation Manager within the Financial Services Industry in Tier 1 firms for minimum 6 Years.Prior experience of Transitioning on processes and procedures for global clients and mid to large sized teamsUnderstanding and experience in the emerging financial banking trends such as Open Banking, AI/ML driven predictive banking, blockchain and payment trends such as virtual cards/card-less procedures, mobile payments, e-wallets and smartphone as a card reader.Strong PM domain skills - Planning, execution, risk management etc.Strong experience in Design thinking, Agile Transition and Transformation methodology.Clear communication and strong documentation skills.Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders to drive successful closure.Responsibilities :1. End to End Transition and Transformation responsibility - Scheduling, execution, financials, issues, risks and mitigations.2. Use domain Subject matter expertise to drive program outcomes with global teams3. Agile execution where applicable -lead and run design thinking workshops with the clients to uncover real business problems- Drive highly experienced subject matter expert teams in creation of prototypes that may eventually lead to incremental implementation cycles- Lead execution of Agile delivery sprints4. Traditional water fall execution where applicable - lead Design, Build, Test, Deploy cycles.5. Communication and reporting.- Excellent teamwork required to work with the wider DXC program team and third-party vendor teams.- Conduct and/or participate in service reviews with the client and DXC executive management.- Communicate project/program/service status and issues to the client and DXC executive stakeholders.- Provide clear communication to the delivery teams in periodic meetings.Personality traits:Team player who believes in the Team can achieve more than an individual.Good verbal and written communication skills, strong command of English Language.
