Changes come fast for betterment still we maintain strong consistency.Job Role and Requirements:End-to-end Recruitment : Responsible for Telephonic Screening, Short-listing, Interviewing, Organizing Whole Interview Cycle for the given requirements. Must be comfortable with 5-6 hrs of Telephonic interview screening.Requirements:Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Recruitment in any industry (IT Preferred).Communication: Excellent Verbal Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills and Convincing Skills.Education must be 60% throughout 10, 12th & GraduationAggressive, proactive and goal oriented.
