Global Finance & Business Management ( GF&BM ) India is a combined LOB-aligned (Line of Business-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan s global capability center (GCC). We are part of the Office of the CFO (OCFO) organization within JPMorgan, which has 13000+ people across the globe, majority of whom are tasked with managing the firm s Finance function, responsible for reporting quarterly earnings and complying with regulatory requirements along with managing the firm s capital. GF&BM India was established in September 2002 and currently we have a network of more than 3400+ professionals based out of our Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices who support four main pillars of work - Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations and Business Client & Products. The teams in India are aligned to the respective LOBs that they support which include Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking (CB), Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Corporate/Firmwide functions.We have a strong culture that embodies the principles that guide us in how we do business across the firm. The current opening is within Business Management in Bangalore which forms part of the CIB LOB within GF&BM India. About the Team The CIB Treasury P&A team, is aligned within CIB Treasury, and whose primary responsibility is the management of forecasts and plan for purposes of managing business activities across Treasury strategies (i.e. balance sheet, funding, liquidity, G-SIB, RWA, capital and leverage strategies). This team is also responsible for providing various analytics for senior management across all the regulatory constraints to support CIB objectives of maximizing return on capital, balance sheet usage, liquidity and leverage. Stakeholders of the group include CIB Finance senior management, business heads, product controllers & planning and analysis. The team works extensively with the LOB Product control groups and CIB Treasury to ensure complete and accurate reporting of risk weighted assets, balance sheet, capital and liquidity for both actuals and forecasts. The group also works closely with the Corporate Finance Reporting, Corporate Treasury, Corporate P&A, RCMO (Regulatory Capital Management Office) to ensure a complete understanding of business issues and the accurate execution of policies. Business Management optimizes business performance by helping to drive key initiatives. We act as trusted advisors and counterweight to Business/Group Heads, and are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. The role of a business manager is dynamic and can vary from business to business, in line with the priorities of the different lines of business. Primary Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities:
    • Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
    • Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques. Create wireframes and mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
    • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps
    • Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks
    • Identify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controls
    • Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables; help drive specific action plans and deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework
    • Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions
    • Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites, like SharePoint
    • Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
    • Prior experience in Business Management or COO role
    • Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence
    • Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda
    • Excellent communication, organization and project management skills
    • Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions
    • Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
    • Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Strong time management and prioritization skills
