  • Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

      • Key Responsibilities : A : Administration and maintenance of Hyperion HFM, Essbase, Planning , FDMEE, and DRM components B :Installation, configuration migration of Hyperion Suite 112 / 11124 on windows and Linux platform C :Evaluating and installation of relevant Hyperion Patches D : Performance tuning and application optimization E : Backup and recovery of Hyperion application and establishing disaster recovery framework F : Diagnosing and resolving issues related to infrastructure and Hyperion applications
      • Technical Experience : A:Providing application support for global users and willing to work in shifts weekends on rotational basis B:Diagnosing and resolving issues related to infrastructure and Hyperion applications which requires strong troubleshooting skills C:Automation and scripting task and documentation
      • Professional Attributes : A:Excellent Communication Skill
    • Educational Qualification : A : Minimum 15 years of full time education
