Job Description

About Client: One of the Largest Audio & Wearable Brand Globally._____________________________________________________________________________________________Position: PCB layout Design Engineer (R&D)Location: BangaloreCriteria: Candidates with Degree in BE ECE/EEE/ICE with 6-8 Years of sound experience in preparing PCB Layout DesignCandidate must have worked in minimum of 50 designsKey Responsibilities:

  • Exceptionally good knowledge in components PCB library creation and generating net list and importing net list. Strong knowledge in Schematic design understanding and components placement and *.DXF drawing import and export.
  • Strong knowledge in PCB layout routing and components routing.
  • Strong knowledge in PCB design concepts and ideas and guidelines for RF, USB, ADC, SPI, LVDS, MIPI, SDIO and high-speed interfaces.
  • Strong knowledge in impedance design concepts and routing experience.
  • Should have strong knowledge in PCB stack-up and understanding of PREPEG, CORE available thickness and materials details.
  • Candidate must have worked 2L to 12L stack up designs
  • Strong knowledge in PCB layout power distribution concepts, grounding concepts and ideas
  • Good knowledge in addressing EMC and EMI issues in the PCB design
  • Good knowledge in Signal integrity analysis and simulation
  • Should be familiar with PDN analysis & simulation, Thermal analysis and simulation
  • Strong knowledge in PCB layout tool like Cadence allegro, Mentor graphics PADS layout design tool, Altium.
  • Strong knowledge in schematics tool like Cadence Orcad capture, Mentor graphics logic design and Altium.
  • Candidate should have strong knowledge in generating Gerber data and packages for PCB fabrication house and should be very much familiar with the process.
