X PHP Sr. Developer/ Developer A PHP Sr. Developer/ Developer forms an integrated part of an agile team, empowered and expected to complete tasks(s) with minimum oversight by Leads/ Architect. They should be an expert in implementing PHP based CMS products like WordPress, Drupal, Joomla with good knowledge on databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, and so on. Below are the requirements for the CMS Sr.Developer/ Developer in detail: Required technical skill: Front-end development: Good conceptual knowledge (preferably hands-on knowledge) on working with HTML5/ CSS3 and front-end frameworks like Angular JS, Bootstrap, Node.js, JQuery, Ajax Integration: Should be proficient and have implemented message queues, http sockets, service based, XML based/ flat file based integrations, REST and SOAP based services Should have hands-on integration experience with third party services like payment gateways, tax calculator, live chat, address finders, ERP, OMS, Google APIs, etc. Data modeling and database development: Should have good understanding of database normalization Network, security, infrastructure and high availability: Ability to understand security concepts, issues and resolutions Should have used automated tools for unit testing, code review, automated build, and deployment Good experience working on cloud based hosting solutions Should be proficient using source code repositories like GIT, SVN, etc. Core development: Hands-on experience in Core PHP and PHP based CMS and frameworks like WordPress, Drupal, Laravel, Zend, Symfony, Codeigniter, CakePHP Hands-on experience on database development of PL/ SQL, stored procedures, triggers, DML, and DDL Hands-on experience on front-end HTML/ CSS and Javascript development Hands-on experience on web service development SOAP and REST Project delivery: Should be able to participate and work with a team consisting of project manager, architect, team leads, developers, and testers. Should be a go-getter and steadfast in accomplishing work assigned Experience coordinating/ working with various stakeholders including business, third-party development, and higher management will be a great plus Qualification: Graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering Experience: 3 7 years Years of experience in Drupal or Other PHP frameworks: 2+ years Years of experience in WordPress: 2+ years Years of experience in MySQL: 2+ years Other technology experiences: Good understanding/ experience of .Net and/ or JAVA framework will be a great advantage. Good understanding of at least two enterprise databases like Oracle and SQL Server Project experience: At least one end-to-end projects in WordPress and one end-to-end projects in Drupal and other PHP based CMS Product development experience: Nice to have experience in developing customized CMS product using Drupal or other PHP frameworks,
