Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:Reporting to the IS&T Senior Technical lead for Engineering applications, you will be in charge of supporting and maintaining the new Alstom PLM digital platform based on Dassault Syst mes 3DEXPERIENCE solutions (CATIA V5-V6 / DELMIA V6 / VPM) and you will act as a control tower to ensure overall consistency on its applicative landscape. Additional know-how of Team Center PLM solution is a bonus. Basic functional knowledge on CATIA V5-V6 is a big plusRoles and Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge and ability to contribute to the support and maintenance of 3DEXPERIENCE (primarily CATIA / DELMIA)
  • Ability to debug issues in Native apps (primarily CATIA V5-V6 and DELMIA) using competent methodologies and to liaise with the business and partners to immediately provide a workaround and fix the issue
  • Build best practices on support activities and continuous improvement
  • Provide technical and domain expertise on complex topics
  • Support internal operations and partner teams with technical expertise on critical and complex incidents
  • Control and drive, cross functional applications issues including interfaces
  • Liaise with Dassault Systems on performance and architectural topics
  • Maintain technical solution referential & design documentation
  • Control quality of partners deliverables
  • Develop, change, and improve processes
Educational Requirements
  • Graduated with an engineering degree in information technology
Work experience
  • More than 7 years of experience PLM solutions in various support roles
Competencies
  • You have worked for global companies either as a service provider or as a customer, ideally both roles
  • You have deep technical knowledge on the Dassault Syst mes 3DEXPERIENCE platform regarding application support, infra and technical architecture
  • Ability to debug logs, traces, and to liaise with the business to debug Technical issues and provide a solution
  • Ability to debug issues on Native apps and ability to immediately provide a workaround and fix the issue
  • You have deep technical knowledge on interfaces between PLM-PLM and PLM-ALM
  • Experience in delivering releases based on the DevOps model
  • You have solid knowledge on IT infrastructure systems: server, database, network, storage, virtualization technologies (Azure, VM, VDI, VDE, etc.), infra sizing
  • Keep have deep understanding and knowledge on performance improvement topics of Dassault Syst mes 3DEXPERIENCE
  • Strong understanding in System Engineering
  • Strong experience on data migration
  • Understanding of development languages particularly Java, HTML5 and JSP
  • Experience in administrating Linux and windows-based servers
  • Experience in development and executing small batch files
  • Ability to deliver small CIs
  • You demonstrate good communication, efficiency, and ability to execute. You are result oriented and show intellectual curiosity and creativity.
  • You have a very strong leadership and are business value oriented.
  • Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an international environment and to face the challenges of the new Alstom
