As an organization we strongly believe in a people-centric approach with emphasis on employee engagement and work-life balance.Show More Key responsibilitiesThe role of a PMO/Implementation Analyst will involve maintaining Head count across sites, tracking Approvals, Tracking progress on multiple projects, Data analysis, Able to present data, Ensuring project deadlines are met, standards & Processes are adhered to, collaborating with different functions managers to ensure timely delivery, Ensuring monthly Headcounts are maintained across sites for timely billing closure Headcount approval request and validation to be done in adherence to the process defined Maintaining records of approvals, milestones etc and establish a governance structure Analyze data for forecasting volumes with Areas and able to give insights for hiring and resource staffing Data analytics on hiring progress, Requests received, Requests pending, Forecast, Pipeline for hiring Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure process standardization & adherence Tracking progress of multiple projects and giving key visibility on risks anticipated Ensuring project deadlines are followed and met Mapping process flow and able to identify gaps and solutions for the same Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
