We provide premium, cost effective, high quality services that support process quality and delivery capability in support for client engagements.PMO - Senior Associate 1Experience: 6 To 8 YearsA Brief,This team would be a common team working across all SDCs and US project needs.Each individual in the group will be assigned with multiple projects to support, invoicing and provide necessary dashboards to US team.The individual in this group will have these main roles & responsibilities outlined below.Presents engagement economic project summaries to project leadership (project Partners and Directors) and senior vertical leadershipOwns client/Engagement relationships with engagements within VerticalQA s team work and responsible for final signoff of Vertical deliverables (e.g. dashboard signoff)Escalates critical issues to PMO Leader as it pertains to staff and engagement managementAbility to manage and QA complex project engagement financials including understanding of T&M/fixed fee, milestone billing, discounts and contingency billing, detailed expense analysis, and general ad hoc analysis requestsAbility to understand and apply contract verbiage from SOW and resource plan to Flex Forecast and/or take information provided and direct the build out financial dashboardsAdvanced Excel ,Google Sheets, Presentation skills and ability to manipulate data to meet ad hoc analysis requests, Good to have powerBI dashboard reporting knowledge.Updates & maintains all dashboards including consolidated dashboardResponsible for the Go Forward plan rates and hours within dashboardPerforms project scenario analysis as neededResponsible for monthly LTA analysisPrepares monthly deck if applicableProvide assistance/additional QA to Dashboard TraineeProven ability to quickly learn complex financial concepts and capable of performing financial data analysisAbility to work in a team environmentDetail oriented with a strong interest in problem solving and delivering valueAbility to work on multiple engagements and self-manage in order to anticipate and meet deadlinesAbility to manage and prioritize incoming requestsCreates and maintains all WBS codes for the VerticalResponsible for updating Invoicing/AR on PPT deck.Responsible for making sure portfolio is correct and Jira is updatedFind and apply payments from unapplied cash database, submit AP invoices.Work closely with Dashboard Lead to ensure everyone has full understanding of project status.PMO -
