Need to ensure all mapped clients are controlled for attrition and existing portfolio grows basis service and relationship management and thus also yielding good cross-sell like Trade/FX and insuranceManaging relationship of mapped clients and ensuring attrition of clients are controlled along with focus on limit enhancement, Utilisation and reference from existing clients for new asset relationship. Responsible for overall asset book and revenue growth basis assigned targets. To ensure all regulatory guidelines are maintained by the clients and every compliance norms are followed by the clients as per the credit guidelines. Need to keep the portfolio hygiene in control along with ensuring the relationship results in wallet share increase by means of cross-selling in Insurance, Self-funding and FX/Trade. Basic renewal proposal CAM need to be put in by the concerned.Alignment to organisational expectation and be market focussed
