Tens of thousands of Call Center Agents as well as tens of millions of subscribers use this software on a daily basis. We make it easy for these companies to integrate their backend systems into troubleshooting and diagnostic modules that we expose through self-help portals, customer service representative consoles, and SOAP/REST APIs. We service big customers whose changing needs constantly drive the evolution of the product, and we deliver features that are rock solid while meeting their high scalability demands. • This person will be playing an individual contributor role as a Full Stack Developer
• Implement end to end features, from back-end to front-end
• Understand the whole lifecycle, phases of SW development from coding to deployment
• Learn new technologies
• Hands-on experience in building containerized applications in a microservice architecture (or at least a strong willingness to learn)
• Code and can solve complex problems
Your skills and experience You have:
• Front-end work - React.js, HTML and HTML5, CSS and CSS3, JS and its libraries for UX/UI design, AJAX/JSON for dynamic UI
• Back-end work- Server side languages and frameworks like Java, Python, Javascript, Node.js, Web Services (Rest/SOAP), Servers like Apache, nginx,Databases (Oracle, MariaDB)
• Good working experience in Linux, Kubernetes, VMWare, OpenStack.
• Good Knowledge on writing SQL scripts (sqlplus and mysql) to work with oracle and mariadb.
• In depth and working experience with cloud-ready, cloud-native, micro services and containers architecture, Devops.
• Working knowledge on the toolsets like Jira, Jenkins.
It would be nice if you also had:
• Agile methodology
• Knowledge on deploying application using Ansible and puppet would be added advantage
• Good Communication Skills
