Overview :The PR specialist will have the opportunity to own and drive the branding and PR strategy of the company. Additionally, they will be responsible for the execution of the strategy. They will get to define KPIs and have true autonomy over the same.Heres why this role is exciting :- We want this PR specialist to lead the companys PR and branding exercise- As the company grows further, the PR specialist will hire new PR executives and with them, will shape the companys PR strategy- Since our pre-seed days, we have been able to attract the best of talent across functions from top players in the industry, such as Facebook, Google, Uber and Stanford University- The PR specialist will have the opportunity to learn from and grow with this incredibly talented teamResponsibilities & Requirements :Must-have :- Relevant years experience in PR (client or agency side) or equivalent experience - Strong relationships with media houses & publications is a must- Proven experience in developing and executing successful PR campaigns which involves working with PR agencies and managing projects- Should have the ability to use data to build strong PR narratives and capture marketing opportunities- Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital media, abreast with the latest trends in the sector- A self-starter with high energy and team spirit with the ability to shape, develop and execute the companys PR strategy- Excellent oral and written skills in English, strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skillsNice-to-have :- PR experience in the tech/e-commerce/education space - Graduation/post-graduation from Tier I/Tier II institutions- Experience in founding a/working in startup Responsibilities :- Manage public relations, corporate communications & community engagement initiatives- Create and execute a PR strategy that positions Turing as the preferred destination for remote work (for both developers and companies looking to recruit remote developers)- Manage relationships with media houses and PR agencies with respect to deliverables and performances of our campaigns- Conduct analysis of media coverage & provide data backed recommendations for improving Turings share of voice - Undertaking market surveys to gauge the mood about Turing and seizing opportunities if any available from the results of the survey- Organizing and managing promotional activities like media releases, press conferences, community engagement initiatives etc.- Dealing with enquiries from public/press/relevant organizations,
