Ltd,Experience Required:14 ~ 20 Years of work experience Job Location:From Jan 2018, SLK Software shall be moving from its current office at 8th Floor, MFAR, Manyata Embassy Business Park, Nagawara, Outer Ring Road to a new bigger campus at Devanahalli Industrial Area, Bengaluru.Outstation candidates and candiates residing in North Bangalore (who can commute to Devanahalli) are ideally preferred.Role Definition:Own and be accountable for innovation, automation & productivity improvements in technologyDrive partnerships and alliances leading to next generational approach/ practices for technology services offeringsHelp build superior level of technical capabilities and competencies to accomplish the above.Roles & Responsibilities:1. Customer Showcase SLKs capability in terms of innovative, transformational approaches leading to increased business and value propositions in the practice.Establish strategic and operational alignment with Vertical/CBU Heads to ensure customer and SLK Business objectives are addressed.Lead the Pre-sales activities with respect to technical offerings as a technical consultant/specialist2. Technology Define a Technology Strategy for the practice to ensure that the business strategy can be realized through application of appropriate technologyDefine a Technology Strategy for the practice to develop, acquire and apply technology for gaining competitive advantageEnsure existing technologies are up-graded and new technologies are introduced appropriately to meet the future business needsDefine skill enhancement measures/plan to ensure flow of knowledge and development of technical skills within practice3. Finance Ensure technology investments are aligned to Business needs and directionsEnsure reduction of service cost of commonly offered technology servicesContribute towards improving the revenue generation capabilities through automation in technology service offeringsEstablish, allocate & track budget for upgrading technologies, innovations & skill enhancement for various practices within practiceAssist verticals in reducing manpower/resource costs4. Process Define technology roadmaps and develop frameworks that result in effective use of technologyDevelop and implement productivity improvement initiatives for the Practice including automationDefine technology governance and mechanisms within the PracticeOwn a continuous improvement path of technical quality of deliverables in the PracticeParticipate in business process improvement and transformation initiatives5. People Assess and develop the technical competencies and promote applicability of the same within the practiceDevelop, Mentor & Retain direct & indirect reparteesEnsure integration of people in the Practice with effective & periodic interaction/communicationComp Budget for this position:30 Lacs ,
