Job Description

Hiring senior professionals from Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform, Consulting background with Implementation/Deployment, Pre-Sales to lead the Practice/CoE.Job Summary:- As the head of Implementation/Deployment Practice, you will lead Solutioning as part of business development efforts, deliver successful solutions to clients, cultivate effective, predictable, and repeatable implementation processes, and will play an integral role in building and growing Dynamics 365 ISV Implementation/Deployment practice globally.- The ideal candidate will have a strong Dynamics 365 + Power Platform, business process, and general technology background centered around the Microsoft ecosystem. The position is a mix of implementation consultancy, presales, and managing and mentoring others. It will include the implementation of large-scale cloud solutions by leading Requirement Analysis, Configuration & Customization, Data Integration & Migration, and Quality Assurance teams across multiple projects and geographies.- Additionally, you will meet frequently with senior Lifesciences and Biotechnology figures, strong and confident presentation skills are a must!- Your many years of experience within the Microsoft landscape will enable you to leverage relationships and influence the growth of our implementation/deployment practice as we continue to expand our footprint across the globe.Key Responsibilities :- Set up a Center of Excellence for the implementation of Omnipresence through standardizing and documenting best practices/ processes for estimation, SOW creation, repeatable and predictable implementation, integration, and data migration- Ensure the successful technical delivery of projects through liaising with Business Development, Customer Success, and Delivery Leads- Lead technical delivery of multiple global client projects, contributing to solutions as needed to establish strong trust-based relationships and drive collective client and team success- Work with project management to ensure compliance with timelines, resources, tasks, risks, budget, and scope. Attend all project-related meetings, providing feedback and guidance based on long-term strategic vision.- Provide leadership and direction to the Implementation Team, motivating their performance, managing their interests and concerns, and instilling loyalty and retention- Staff management of the Implementation Team Leaders; meet regularly with Team Leaders one-on-one to review goals and performance, determine training needs and provide appropriate training and tools, provide coaching and mentoring, align staffing and learning plans to support growth within the practice- Ensure required competencies are adhered to and team members understand the certification framework to meet- Work very closely with the Sales team and pre-sales team to ensure a smooth consistency with sales and delivery and be able to manage expectations. This will include a contribution to Pre-Sales Architectures, Technical Input for RFPs, SOWs & Contracts.- Develop and maintain our relationship with Microsoft- Demonstrations, workshops, and high-level technical delivery related client engagementsKey Skills :- Have a solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform with the expertise to bring all the functional components together as one solution offering- 10+ years within Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform within development or delivery projects- Good exposure to various related Azure offerings and an excellent understanding of how these components can be brought together with Dynamics 365 + Power Platform to solve complex problems- Solid understanding of integration points within MS Business Apps and integration strategies for other lines of business applications- Demonstrated experience in working with enterprise clients and implementing large scale enterprise solutions- Expert knowledge of implementation methodologies such as Sure Step- Ability to establish and build relationships with Microsoft Sales Marketing and Product Teams- Experience in managing consultants of all levels and in liaising with Project, Program and Account Managers- Customer-facing skills and strong communication is essential for the role- Experience within a consulting role offering a value add solution on top of Dynamics or experience within another Dynamics ISV is a big plus- Experience with leading and growing a practice area or contribution to Center of Excellence within an organization is a big plus- Experience with Lifesciences / Biotech is a big plus- Consulting organization experience is highly preferred.,
