We believe that it is important to have a conventional work culture with a right blend of work and fun with a lucrative compensation.Responsibilities :- Working on various talent acquisition assignments such as CIO/CTO/Head IT/CISO with strong hold on headhunting across India- Leading Talent Acquisition assignments (Mid to Senior level) across Technology vertical:- Understanding client requirements, forming a search strategy, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, candidate joining- Generating new leads for the business which can eventually add value to the organization- Supporting the team by building and maintaining a resourceful database for mandates and business development activities as well- Talent mapping and highlighting active candidates- Create and update Job Descriptions and Specifications.Database Management :- Enhancing and expanding the database by adding more targeted talent to it- Managing, structuring and updating the database for Technology and Financial Services verticals- Assisting consultants by finding relevant candidates, screening, pitching profiles and negotiating with them- Organize office wide events across practices.,
