  • Author requirements and architecture documents for transport part of 4G/CBRS/5G Cloud-RAN networks
  • Define end-to-end transport network architecture for different cloud-RAN deployment scenarios
  • Keep up to date with various cloud-RAN related activities in IETF, O-RAN and 3GPP
  • Work with various stakeholders to get features implemented in products
  • Work on cloud native architecture for creating end to end transport solutions for cloud-RAN products
  • Ability to troubleshoot e2e IP transport network
Job Requirements
  • Good understanding of IETF, 3GPP and O-RAN architectures with focus on transport aspects
  • Good knowledge of networking technologies, topologies and protocols (IPv4, IPv6, Ethernet / 802.1, Traffic Management, TCP, SCTP, front/mid/back-haul for O-RAN, MPLS, Segment Routing, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, IS-IS, VRF, L3/L2VPN, QoS, IP Multicast Protocols, NAT/ Firewall, Fiber optic technologies, PTP/NTP/SyncE.)
  • Experience in working with IP routers, Ethernet switches and data center products
  • Experience in designing wireless / wireline networks for service providers
  • Good knowledge in handling of deployment and field issues
  • Knowledge and experience of virtualization and container-based systems
  • Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new technologies and concepts
  • Systems thinker
  • Great team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • B.Tech/MTech CS/ECE/EE.
  • Industry experience: 5 20 years.
