Job Description

The Priority Remote Bank Manager is responsible for defining, creating and executing a completely remote, non-branch dependent sales and service operation. Working with the Consumer Sales, Digital and Products teams and leveraging the current capabilities of the Crece Investment Services team, he/she must develop an operation in which Priority customers can fulfill all operations and services via phone, mobile and or video conferencing capabilities.In the short term, besides developing the new capabilities of the Priority Remote Bank, he/she will be responsible for leading CRECE. The team objective is to build relationships with clients migrated from Patrimonial; ensure a proper recommendation on which financial products and services meet their needs. The professional in this role is also responsible for providing full leadership and direction to the team responsible to process and execute services for our CRECE clients.Responsibilities:

  • Work with key stakeholders to develop, implement and lead the strategy/contact model for remote channels including sales and service.
  • This person will be in constant contact with Investments Products Teams, Bankers, as well as directly with our clients.
  • Approve the new channel with Compliance, Legal, Control, AML, IPR
  • Leverage all existing remote capabilities and develop new features with Digital, Operations and Technology
  • Develops, implement and lead a sales and service routine appropriate to the channel
  • Work closely with Consumer Sales team and participate in review meetings with bankers and clients to explore investment management needs
  • Develop frameworks for the Remote channel to understand clients needs - analyze solution alternatives and provide solutions accordingly.
  • Collect and communicate market intelligence around best practices, client feedback and market competition to the team
  • Analyze weekly and monthly reports, understand field performance, and implement action plans to ensure business objectives are achieved
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and Citis policies / guidelines at all time
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
  • +8 years of relevant experience
  • A proactive approach in looking for ways in strengthening business relationship with clients, delivers a simple, secure and seamless client experience
  • Project Management experience required. Proven experience to move projects forward with little direction
  • Deep knowledge of banking and investment products and process as well as a proven experience of providing comprehensive banking and financial advice and solutions to clients. AMIB Certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of digital and remote tools
  • Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards
  • Intellectual curiosity to research, learn, and apply industry knowledge
  • Equal enthusiasm for high-level strategic planning and tactical daily execution
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication and leadership skills to execute complex initiatives that span multiple teams.
  • Drives innovation in the solutions we provide to clients and further developing our business where necessary and appropriate
  • Strong analytical skills. Able to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend action plans to resolve issues quickly
Education:
  • Bachelor s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master s degree preferred
