Job Description

Candidate should have minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Procurement Operations. Should be an action orientated, customer focused individual with a proven track record in project management and will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. With strong interpersonal and influencing skills, should be comfortable delivering change projects and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and third-party providers across a wide range of people, levels, and functions.Skills :

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Procurement governance, plus demonstrable experience of devising, implementing, and managing process and policy within a corporate Procurement function.
  • First rate interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate risks and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Highly motivated and organized, adept at juggling conflicting priorities and adapting to the demands of a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • Proficient in the use of digital Procurement tools, ideally including at least one major ERP system Oracle (Would be added advantage)
  • Experience of collaborating with offshore BPO teams (desirable).
Job Role :
  • Candidate will work closely with Offshore team on Supplier Maintenance activities
  • Make sure Supplier maintenance tickets are monitored and tracked to be completed within agreed SLA and follow escalation procedure as appropriate
  • Provide timely clarification to queries raised by Offshore Team, and make sure that the Team has through understanding on the given clarification.
  • Daily QA check on previous day maintenance activity completed by Offshore Team and discuss anomalies on the daily stand-up call.
  • Internal system governance (Policy Check) to ensure vendor database is complied with other region-specific standalone systems.
  • Work closely with Contract Admin Team on Contract Life Cycle Management.
