Job Description

Their mission is backed by tier 1 VCs and they have already raised in excess of 55 mn dollars within the last one year.As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for synthesizing data to provide actionable insights to the leadership and the product team to influence strategy and growth.What you will do:- Providing key data inputs needed for launching the product- Monitoring the performance of new features and recommending iterations based on your findings- Defining metrics we need to drive, setting up targets and tracking the progress of our products- Researching on competition and players across the world to benchmark metrics and set goals- Conducting customer interviews to understand the customer journey and mapping it to certain patterns we notice in our data- Analysing root cause and debugging for metric deviations and bugs- Building dashboards and tools, crafting analyses to make better decisions- Working with other teams - engineering, data analysts, content closely for setting up, measuring and tracking product metrics- Evaluating tools to measure product metrics and being a key member in setting up tools working with other teams- Being the gatekeeper for ensuring data governance around the organization- Other usual tasks like creating and maintenance of reports and dashboards for ongoing performance trackingDesired Candidate Profile : What you need to have:- BTech Graduate from good institutes- Experience in product analytics is a plus (0-3 years)- Prior experience in a data analysis related profile for an e-commerce/internet company- Strong analytical skills- Ability to use SQL or reporting tools to derive actionable insights from user behavior- Strong passion for analytics and problem solving- A strong bias for action- Understanding the common metrics used in the internet industry along with business growth metrics such as retention, churn, CAC, CLTV, etc,
